What are the reception hours?
There is a reception service from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. In case of any problems outside of these hours, you will find an emergency telephone number posted at the entrance and in reception.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
*Reception closes at 11:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, you can check in online, and we will tell you how to access the hotel and collect your keys.

*Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, but if you arrive earlier and the room is available, you can stay there without any problem. Otherwise, we can store your luggage.

Which private parking garage do you recommend?
Just 10 meters from the hotel, under Plaza de la Constitución, there is a 24-hour public parking garage. The maximum height is 2.10 meters, although on the upper level it is 1.80 meters. The price is €30 per day, but if you book at least 2 hours in advance through their website IPARKSA, you will receive a 30% discount using our discount code.
Once you have booked, you can enter and exit the parking garage by having your license plate read. Contact us for more information. The contact details are elescorial@ipark.es and +34 91 890 2496, and the entrance is at Calle Floridablanca 9.

Is it possible to park on the street near the hotel?

Yes, of course. There is also a large paid parking zone (blue zone) from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Payment is made with coins via the vending machines located in the area, or through the ParkingLibre or EasyPark apps. Electric cars are not exempt from payment.

A little further from the center, you can find free parking.

Is it possible to park near the hotel upon arrival to leave luggage and then park later?

Before parking, you can leave your car for a few minutes in our designated drop-off area to unload your luggage. It is located a few meters before the hotel, just around the corner.

Ask us upon arrival; parking is not allowed in front of the hotel, as it is a police-only zone.

Is breakfast served at the hotel?
We do not offer breakfast service at the hotel, although all rooms are equipped with a kettle for making herbal teas, tea, and coffee. You will also find cream and biscuits. In addition, in Plaza de la Constitución, opposite the hotel, you will find a wide variety of excellent places to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner, such as Las Viandas, El Sol Sale para Todos, or El Ku4tro. If you are an early riser, you can have breakfast at Paco Pastel, open from 7:00 a.m., or at El Ku4tro from 8:00 a.m.

Are cribs available?
Yes, we have free cribs available upon request and subject to availability.
