One of the most special superior rooms with hot tub, both for its name and its views. Located on the third floor, it features wenge-colored wood paneling and images of Philip II and his wives. It has a whirlpool tub and two balconies overlooking the Monastery of San Lorenzo.
Amenities include an LED TV with international channels, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, minibar, air conditioning, a king-size bed (180×200 cm) or two single beds (90×200 cm), Egyptian cotton linens, a whirlpool tub, bathrobes, and a hairdryer.

“It is dedicated to ‘the curse of Philip II,’ who was widowed four times, lost six children, and witnessed the deaths of most of his siblings, including his half-brother John of Austria.
Tragedy struck the most powerful monarch of his time repeatedly, plunging him into a depressive mood in his final days. While mourning the personal misfortunes of his life, Philip II suffered a final agony that lasted 53 days, leaving him bedridden and unable to attend to his hygiene—a true torture for a compulsive meticulous man like him. Between myth and reality, anecdotes vaguely attribute the King’s death on September 13, 1598, to an excessive infestation of lice. (ABC History)
